Why per-rig configs?

Generic "best settings" videos target one hardware class. An Intel Core i5 12400F with a RTX 5060 has a very different bottleneck than a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D with a RTX 5090. ZEROLOWS solves for the pair, not the average.
